In July 2013, expertise centre BAM (now [[Kunstenpunt|Kunstenpunt (Flanders Arts Institute)]]) contacted PACKED with a question about digitising visual artist Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven's slides. She wanted around a thousand slides digitised for a new book, including her own images of installations and other pictures that she'd presented in various ways. The artist had already digitised some of the slides herself with her own scanner, but they weren't good enough quality in terms of sharpness to be usable for the book. She therefore asked PACKED for technical advice and to recommend digitisation companies to request a quote from.

In juli 2013 werd PACKED door het steunpunt BAM (nu [[Kunstenpunt]]) gecontacteerd met een vraag over het digitaliseren van diapositieven van beeldend kunstenares Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven. Ze wou voor een nieuw boek een duizendtal dia’s laten digitaliseren: zowel eigen opnamen van opstellingen als beeldenreeksen die ze voor voordrachten heeft gebruikt. In het verleden had de kunstenares met een eigen scanner zelf een deel van de dia’s gedigitaliseerd. De door haar gemaakte scans waren echter zo onscherp dat ze onbruikbaar waren. Daarom vroeg ze PACKED om technisch advies en om digitaliseringsbedrijven aan te bevelen waarbij ze een prijsofferte kon opvragen.
