The storage of the physical archive was also examined. This was located in a basement room sealed off from third parties. The archive was big (about 30 metres of shelving) and filled the whole space. Some of the archive was damaged. As a result of renovation work, there was a hole in the wall; in combination with heavy rain this caused water and mud damage to a small part of the archive, including a number of videotapes.

Berichtdefinitie (Evaluatie van de archiefwerking van BRONKS)
Ook de bewaring van het fysieke archief werd bekeken. Dit bevond zich in een kelderruimte die afgesloten was voor derden. Het archief was groot (ongeveer 30 strekkende meter) en vulde de hele ruimte. Een klein deel van het archief was beschadigd. Door werken was er een gat in de muur gekomen; in combinatie met hevige regen heeft dit voor water- en modderschade gezorgd aan een klein deel van het archief, waaronder een aantal videobanden.
Daarnaast was er nog een andere ruimte waar het promotiemateriaal gestockeerd werd. Deze ruimte is beter afgesloten van de straatkant.
