Met laatstgenoemde leveranciers sluiten wij steeds een verwerkersovereenkomst waarin afspraken omtrent gegevensbescherming opgenomen zijn.

Iedereen die toegang heeft tot jouw persoonsgegevens zal altijd gebonden zijn door wettelijke en/of contractuele verplichtingen om jouw persoonsgegevens veilig en vertrouwelijk te verwerken.

Verzoeken tot uitoefening van jouw rechten kan je richten aan de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming van meemoo. Een dergelijk verzoek kan je per e-mail sturen naar privacy@meemoo.be. Enkel wanneer dit nodig is om jouw identiteit te kunnen verifiëren, kunnen wij je vragen om een recto-versokopie van jouw identiteitskaart te bezorgen alvorens we gevolg geven aan jouw verzoek. De functionaris voor gegevensbescherming zal nagaan of je inderdaad het recht in kwestie kan uitoefenen, of dat er wettelijke beletselen bestaan om op je verzoek in te gaan. Wanneer dit laatste het geval is, zal dit op een gemotiveerde wijze gecommuniceerd worden.
