* Er werd een overzicht gemaakt van het fysieke archief. Het overzicht van het digitale archief is nog niet afgewerkt. iMAL weet nu uit wat het archief bestaat en waar welke archiefstukken zich bevinden. Het fysieke archief is in goede staat. Sommige digitale bestanden konden niet meer geopend worden of wilden niet (volledig) afspelen; cd-roms en dvd's werden niet gecontroleerd.
* Op basis van het overzicht kan iMAL een aantal acties kiezen waarop ze de komende jaren gaan inzetten, zoals [[Maak een ordeningsplan/mappenstructuur|een ordeningsstructuur ontwikkelen]], digitale bestanden centraliseren en [[Hoe maak je een back-up?|back-up-strategieën invoeren]]... iMAL heeft een grote collectie cd-roms en dvd's.
