The first step was to create an inventory of the audiovisual material at Damaged Goods in order to create an overview of the archive. This was done using the template that PACKED vzw and the VIAA have created to collect information for the digitisation of video and audio. For the registration with Damaged Goods, we restricted ourselves to the fields that were relevant to the company’s audiovisual archive. You can see the adapted template [[Bestand:Registratiesjabloon_DG.xlsx|here]] (only in Dutch).

De eerste stap was het opmaken van een inventaris van het audiovisueel materiaal bij Damaged Goods om het archief in kaart te brengen. Daarvoor werd de [[:Bestand:Registratiesjabloon_meemoo_2.xlsx|sjabloon]] gebruikt dat PACKED vzw en VIAA hebben opgemaakt om gegevens te verzamelen in functie van de digitalisering van video en audio. Voor de registratie bij Damaged Goods beperkten we ons tot de velden die voor het audiovisueel archief van het gezelschap relevant waren.
