Registering your archive or collection in the Archiefpunt vzw Archiefbank Vlaanderen database is a simple and accessible way to greatly increase its public visibility.

What is the Archiefbank?
The Archiefbank is a database that collects information about archives and collections of individuals, families, private associations, bodies, companies and institutions. Archives and collections of artists and arts organisations have also been included. Anyone who wants to can enter information about their archives and/or collection(s) in the Archiefbank.
Note: The Archiefbank only registers the archives and collections. It does not serve as a storage place.
Hoe registreren?
Weet je waaruit je archief en/of collectie bestaat en waar het zich bevindt? Heb je een beschrijving van je archief en/of collectie(s) op het niveau van collectie of archiefbestand gemaakt?
Dan kan je zelf je archief of collectie invoeren in de Archiefbank. Ga naar deze link en vul het invulformulier in. In het formulier vind je handige instructievideo's die je stap voor stap helpen. Via deze link kan je je archief of collectie invoeren in de Archiefbank: https://archiefpunt.be/account/invoeren. Wil je meer weten over het invoeren en bewerken van fiches? Wil je dat Archiefpunt de informatie voor je invoert? Vul dan het aanmeldingsformulier in. De medewerkers van Archiefpunt zorgen er dan voor dat je archief of collectie in de Archiefbank komt. Hier vind je het formulier: aanmeldingsformulier.
