• Secretariat archive: these areas had to be cleared before the work began
• Marketing archive: because the secretariat was moving to these offices, this archive also had to be transferred quickly
• The archive in the ‘royal box’, the poster collection, the digital archive and the iconographic material were not an obstacle to the renovation. These transfers were therefore less urgent.
